So ingredients:
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1 pkg (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup basil (chopped)
- 6 lasagna noodles (cooked)
Now on to cooking!
- Preheat oven to 350
- (If your chicken and noodles aren't already cooked now is a good time to do so)
- Combine chicken, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese into a large bowl
- Mix with mixer; cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder. Stir in basil
- Mix half of the cream cheese mixture with the chicken mixture
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture onto bottom of a large pan
- Lay down 3 noodles, spread chicken mixture so it covers the noodles and repeat
- Top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle on the rest of the cheese
- Bake for 25 min
